Adam, you are right to check the blanket, when I bought a blanket of Henry he said there were 2 types he used to stock, 1 with 3 screws on either side and one with 4.

Glad you got sorted.
Cheers John

He certainly did Martin and a very nice chap he is too! And ref the Friday thing, no offence was meant by that, I think I was trying to say that it was late on Friday afternoon and I wasn't sure what time the phone was put on answerphone.

As promised, the replacment t-bat arrived in the post this morning - top class service BMS! The bar didn't my press but I managed to get the bolt out of the t-bar and insert it into mine - worked a treat!

Has anyone got a DF1 mug press machine that they can take a picture of how the blanket is clamped into the metal clips (or just check with the images below)?

I'm curious if you have to push the rubber backing of the blanket into the clamp or it just sits between them like shown below.

For example, this is mine - is this right?

Thanks Brett - just wanted to make sure :-)

Have you tried printing out just a cyan colour test to hopefully release the clog? Google Cyan Colour print test and then you'll just be using that colour to print and not wasting any ink from the other colours.

I had a bad blockage in my 1400 a few months ago and got some kit from ebay that I drop a few drops on the head every now and then to clear it - I was suprised how much ink was around that location!

Oh, and it's Adam mate
