From the "mod edit" then presumably this is not Sawgrass ink so there is no way of knowing what this ink really is. As they say in Dragons Den - "I'm out". As a supplier I can't comment on the suitability of non-sawgrass inks and can't help further.

might seem a really obvious one - but I had to buy a second cheap fleabay press as the heat element went on my 30/30 press & I had to wait for one to be ordered. The new press works on farenheit not celsius - so I need about 390 degrees F for the 190 I'd usually use and it tends to need a longer dwell time.

It's a very difficult situation to discuss. We can't use third party inks here in the UK dues to the small printer format Sawgrass patent so there is no official support available. This is why any mention/links etc. have been removed by our Moderator.

Looking at your pics I can only suggest what's been mentioned previously. Either the shirts aren't suitable (i.e. high polyester content) inks aren't sublimation ot the paper isn't releasing.

Presumably, if the original poster had said he was using an Epson 9600 and InkTec inks then we would be able to discuss his problem?

No one said we only talk about problems that artanium inks cause as for this is sawgrass customer support :)
