I had exactly the same problem the other day & realised that the blanket was on its way out. I did get over it to finish the mugs I was printing by increasing the temp & the time. I fitted a new blanket which arrived today & it is now just like new. The new blanket for my press was just under £25 & is a lot cheaper than a new machine which in effect it is now.

Thank you so much everyone for your help, I have tried turning the mug half way through cooking and increasing the time an extra 30 seconds with good results. Ian M, where did you find a new blanket for that price? I think I'll be getting one soon!

Paula, I got my new blanket from Coralgraph. You need to check which mug press you have as I was lucky in that Coralgraph sell a mug press that is the same as mine.
