A couple of weeks later I had to go back for another meeting at the same place but, on my way I stopped off at the dealership & gave the young lady a box of chocolates to say thank you for helping me out. She was lost for words & said nobody had ever done anything like that before to her. I have to admit I felt good too when I saw her reaction & was well worth the effort to say thank you to her.
