i really don't know.

i used a different driver. I also unplugged everything and all cables and started again.

One thing i noticed when setting up again is that the USB cable fits into both ports on the back? Maybe I was too keen and put it in the wrong one?

i sold this now as we expanded and got a Roland which we do canvas, printed vinyl and canvas off .... Have a baby so something had to go
