What a ridiculous get-out clause. Surely it's no business of theirs what we use the printers for. What if we're a "dye-sublimation customer" that wants to use the printer for Office document printing? Are we still ineligible?

The clause is now number 13 (unlucky for dyesubbers I guess):
13. Dye-sublimation customers that have purchased a SG 3110DN GelJet printer will not be eligible to claim cashback

So... to make it fairer all round, we are going to do the cashback deal ourselves starting on Sept 1st. Full details will be posted online very soon...
