Anyone know the ideal measurements to print a image for a 110z mug?

There's no "ideal" really as it depends on your mug press a little. If the heat blanket causes the heat to dissipate quickly at the edge then you'll have to adjust your image accordingly. Why not try 200x 95 (assuming your mug is 95mm tall and assuming you want to print full top to bottom).

Thanks everyone for your help im really happy. Did my 1st spot on cup since having the materials for a week. Took into account about the image coming to close to the handle and I created my own template for my mug images which consisted of a narrow white border either side of my desired image. I then managed to get a profile sorted out by someone local who I know and bingo. One perfect mug with perfect colours. I only just joined this site but I definitely know where to come to now for advice. Kudos!

Also worth on larger mug images 'feathering' the edge of the image using your image manipulation software so it looks like it is meant to be faded and stops the mug have hard edges.
