If you are meaning which Epson printers have had Sawgrass inks available for them either in cart form, or via ICC profiles available for bottled ink then there are download links to some of the discontinued printers on Sawgrass' website, although the list certainly isn't exhaustive, as I'm sure they used to have at least ICCs available for the Stylus 1520/3000 series printers, if not actually having carts for them (these were circa 1998)

Called Xpres about Ricoh GX3300 but that's dicontinued and they tell me there are banding issues with the replacement (anyone have problems?) so offered the Epson WP4015DN. Any advise as to which one to go for? Martin @ BMS may offer some advise.

Hope to hear back soon as I have a job for 250 mugs waiting so need to sort this ASAP

It's strange that Xpres don't sell the Ricoh, but I think that's a marketing ploy really as few of us sell the Epson. Why? Well if we offered an A4 cartridge based system for £x and then had exactly the same but branded Epson at £x++ we'd be asked the question, why do you have both and which is the best one. In all the Ricoh SG3110's we sold I've yet to have a banding issue as referred to. The Epson WP4015 is more expensive to buy and the ink replacement costs (per ml) are more expensive than the Ricoh. Given the Ricoh SG3110 works perfectly and is fully supported, comes with PowerDriver (as does the Epson WP4015) then apart from the different inks, the one to buy is a no-brainer to me = Ricoh SG3110.

We still have customers buying sublimation cartridges for the Epson 3000!

Well BMS has spoken and given you the best value for money option out of the two models. So unless you absolutely must have an Epson (and then I would be asking why?) then the Ricoh looks your best bet.

We did get a 3000 after giving up on our 1400 after having no end of trouble keeping it going as we also wanted to go bigger, and liked the idea of roll feed, but the 3000 struggled to pull normal sheet paper through properly (straight) and it was so slow at printing, as well as a nightmare changing settings on it. We quickly traded up to a more up-to-date and bigger machine. But the actual print quality was good, and having 220ml refill carts instead of thimble sized or a flakey CISS was a breath of fresh air. I still have the refill carts lying around if anyone wants them!
