What I was meaning, that you pay a p remium compared to buying the printer and then some non-Sawgrass inks, but the extra you pay does then get you the extra warranty support if all bought from the one official Sawgrass supplier. So although buying from the Sawgrass route costs more, you are paying for the warrant support and backup, that you wouldn't get if buying your own printer and inks.
