well I want it to be 2 colours really, The inside of the writing it meant to be the same colour as the superman yellow and the red for the 'S'. But I recon the 3 step suggestion is best.

you are making a lot of work to do T's in vinyl with this artwork...... just say that you can only offer this design on white T's - and use sub/laser trasferes

do you know where to get design white tshirts suitable for laser transfer, also where to get decent laser transfers.

if you are worried about the S logo, then just cut the red diamond solid and put the yellow logo over it, nothing to line up then

you need to learn to master some simple layering, it is possible, and if you dont have the money for a versacam, the options are, to sub them out to one of the posters above, or do them in vinyl layering and taking time
