If that is the case, surley then the weights and measures people should be told, because the Royal Mail are breaking the law by sending out something that is not measuring correct!

yes mines out by about 5mm as well, im going to check mine with the post office one tomorow.
It also made me laugh that it came folded, didnt they want to send it flat becuase the would have to pay the more expensive postage :biggrin:

That made me laugh too - even though the measurements are out, the fold won't be helping much either!

Mine has arrived now, and must admit, what a load of c**p. Looks like will have to buy the plastic one then! Now where was that link again for one?

I've got the free one from Royal Mail too and yes, mine is slightly out. Having said that, it does state on it that 'the template is for guidance only and does not represent absolute dimensions'.

Exactly - if they are going to provide them, they may as well be accurate.
Once the die is made to cut these it doesn't move or vary
