Hi Martin, Sorry but this mug press will just not drop below 200 degrees. As the counter goes down, it reaches 200 then flicks back up to 350 and starts counting down again to 200 and off we go again. Nigel

There should have been an A4 flyer in the pack. Settings you need are (1) 230, (2) 338 and (3) 140"
