I am after a BN20 also, and I think Paul is too.

Speed would not be a problem for me, as the chap in the forum Paul posted to was saying. I saw a BN20 the other day for £5k.

Do you need a service agreement for those at about £100 a year? surely they would come with a certain warranty?

Anyway, it will be a while before I am in a serious position to think about this.

You do not need a service waranty to purchase one, but then if you are spending 4.5k (PLUS VAT) on a printer I would strongly advise you to get a warranty. £100.00 is not a lot of money if something goes wrong. The guarantee will cover a certain amount but will not cover user errors which the warranty may well cover.
