Why did I do it !!!!!

After all the problems I have had with Ralawise along with everyone else here, I phoned one of their experts about some Resolute DTG inks, was told that they had it in stock and that I would receive it today guaranteed, and as they were giving me a free bottle of Pretreatment spray and a guarantee, I stupidly went for it, and guess what ??? got the usual email about being unable to fulfil my order due to being to busy with orders and not having time to complete them all !!!!!! then either employ more staff or train the ones you have instead of blatantly lying to us !!!

I have informed them that this is the final straw.. and cancelled my order and will be buying from my other supply instead from now on.


Ralawise you are the weakest link, good bye and close the door on your way out.

well i cant believe no one rang me to explain why for the 6th time they failed in their promise so i emailed customer services saying how many within the industry are upset with their service . i calculated how much id spent with them this year and pointed out this would now be spent with another company ie absoloute apparel low and behold i had a phone call apologising for not phoning earlier . i got all the usual speal about on this occassion they were particually busy etc . i did point out i hear the same excuse every time . and the rep then assured me another rep would be ringing me with an explination (thought thats what she was doing???) in the mean time she had put a marker next to my account (you'll love this one) the marker is to say that for the next few orders theyshould definatly NOT fail to send next day. Im astounded isnt that what they gaurantee? she even finished with "although i cant gaurantee it wont happen" Ralawise if you cant gaurantee it wont happen dont advertise it simple! i then recieved an email from another rep apologising that he's out the country and will ring me on monday and tell me why this happened . I know why it happened its because all sales staff go home at 5.00 and the warehouse staff arnt trained to cope with the orders . cant wait until monday to hear this one

i have only ever bought a few bits on their raladeal - and looking that this post, thats all i will be buying

I am pretty sure that they would have some sort of T&C in there to prevent law breaking.


Personally I think, like Listawoods, they have been a victim of their own success. BTC advertise the same cut off time and get the orders out but they have less products and charge slightly more.

I noticed BTC is always at least 1p cheaper on lot of things then ralavise. I think they only match with the btw price if you have carton rate (I don't).

I take it it can be bit different on different products too... I noticed some t-shirts has same price tag on carton rate as btw standard price... but hoodies i buy are about £1 cheaper with btc.

arnt there a lot of companies at this I have one I bought off paid next day special delivery ordered at 10am so they said it will def be there tomorrow took order of customer cut all the transfers thing t-shirts be here before 12 noon next day 12 noon nothing phoned company yes sent out yesterday gave me delivery compant and ref numbers phoned company yes on route phoned customer and said t-shirts be ready around 9pm 6pm no shirts phoned delivery company yes that was signed for after few nice words they rand driver and came back driver was held back but will deliver tomorrow few more good words and the guy said what do you want me to do phoned company next day lost order but to these people who give a shit explained everything and girl said theres nothing we can do phone delivery company to get a smart arse sure you signed for it to cut story short no apology never got t-shirt sorry not these one but was credit for them still waiting for copy of who signed for them so all postal companys at it get your cash and don't give a monkeys
