You'll probably need an ICC profile for your printer for this. Paul on here does them, although with you being in South Africa I'm not sure how the logistics would work!

The image on the paper doesn't usually match the screen. It needs to be printed onto your mug for you to see the final colour.

This thread has all the info you need about colour, plus a test file you can use on a mug

Mel....unless you have a colour calibrated screen(expensive and needs regular calibration to keep it 'right') you are not going to get an exact match. It will/should be close but it won't be exact.

Howzit Guys, I understand I wont get an exact match, but my colour are wrong. Where I have a blue background its almost brownish and there are these horizontal stripes running across the print??

Colours first. You will need a profile for your printer to match the ink. Your ink supplier should be able to sort that out for you or point you in the right direction.
Horizontal stripes, first do a "Nozzle Check" this will be in your printer instructions. If this looks good do an "Print head alignment check" again in your printer instructions. This won't be quick when you first do it, so make time, make a cuppa, and chill with it.
It will come, not always instantly. Sublimation is a learning curve.
