I did email them first thing this morning and got a reply in about 10 minutes. I would start taking it personally if I was you

Well we would but they sent us 5 mug samples from their new range last week, out the blue, so they must think something of our custom. Ironically we have been trying to call them to find out the costs of these new mugs! I think tomorrow I shall post a "WANTED - Someone to call or email Coralgraph for us".

We've had an email from Henry!!!! Apparently only because Justin got in contact. Thankfully they are restocking the mugs we buy from them next week. Things looking up and CoralGraph up one place on the suppliers leader board. But who is now bottom?! That would be telling

We normally reply every email same working day ,I have been alerted by Justin from DSF forum by having this issue therefore I have resent the emails we have sent to you before ,please also check in case our emails are sent from our [EMAIL="sales@coralgraph.com]sales@coralgraph.com[/EMAIL] email address sometimes being blocked by spam filters

Top man Henry,having dealt with you for five years and never had ANY problems contacting I was a bit bewildered about the complaints,I find your products great quality and pricw which allows me to pass on the benefit to my customers,keep up the great work-Tom.
