The business was making precise imitations of my designs and using my trademark to sell them.
They are doing it to everyone, anything them deem to be popular or sell able is bought and replicated.
Why was the other thread deleted?

Do they ever advertise on here?

In fact, now that I think of it, there was a somewhat "contentious" post by Webtrekker on there...

If that was the case, you delete the single post, not the entire thread.

I guess the problem is that there were a number of sub comments that addressed his post together with the other issues in the thread, so it becomes difficult to choose where to draw the line without breaking the thread. Would be better in my opinion to have edited his post redacting the dubious parts and leaving everything else, but I don't know what else there was on the thread that I may not have seen. It could be that Webtrekker asked for his post to be removed, but his posts following the one in question didn't appear to be remorseful...

I started the thread though and my discussion was censored without a warning or reason given. We members are sponsors too, mine just recently expired it seems.

Which is, unfortunately, an extremely expensive proposition. I have a similar situation at the moment regarding Vero and copyright with another company. The estimated cost to take it to court from start to finish..... £100,000 !.

There is the Small Claims Tract...it's a new copyright court without the need for solicitors. Keep it below a certain price and it's cheap.

Give me a pm about your problems with vero. I had similar problems but now have a trusted vero account it appears so can get stuff removed without questions and the usual runaround.
