I think that I also said in a later post that I DID write a poorly written post, and not explain well what I meant, it easy to pick about the bits that suit your argument, and ignore the bits where things are explained by me and hopeful rectified what I meant, and put right my mistake. But after all three post mentioned that post should be altered, and it was, what more could you want. The posts made their points loud and clear. I'm hearing them.

oooo this is a rocky road we're travelling on. Your're totally right john theres no way someone should be critacised for being vat reg but i think jenny also mentioned the manner in which she was spoken too on that point its a fair critique and really its upto the company to respond on that. What i think is totally wrong is the post being censored, sorry paul you shouldve asked jenny to remove it herself when it comes to censorship where does it end what if i say i dont like the service someone gives but you do, does it get censored then? , extreme i know but it makes the point. Did you agree this with justin? its a part of his buisness now i believe, this impacts on that. again i repeat that i actually agree with the point john made,in fact quite a few have agreed so if it is found in a search then wont this also be seen? im not having a go at anyone just voicing my opinion , an opinion which in theory could be censored .....see my point

I Never consor anything. I agree with mrs maggot and john that tittle of this tread was to harsh and with no reason. Jenny can change the tittle again if she thinks is unfair. also can raport me to Justin But I belive Justin is trusting me enough to not go to him with every edit I do. Good name is very dificult to get. it takes years. so if you mone. have a good reason about this. I understnad Jenny. but I agree with her later post that it was post to early in unger.

so i can say" mr mug seller didnt provide me with the service i require" but i cant say that blummim "mr mug seller is a joke his service is pants????" thats crazy it amounts to the same thing just look at the bad press that love cut got on here and rightly so some would say but i got great service from them so if i were in your postition should i censor any love cut posts cause i got the service i wanted. its just your opinion that decides if my comment is a review or if its a slag off . im sorry paul you really do seem to think im having a pop at you im not but if the forum is to carry on its sucess then it must also be democratic and you deciding that you will censor a post is certainly not democratic. The loser in this senario can only be the integraty of the forum afterall who knows what posts have been censored im gussing probably none but suspicion breeds suspicion the last thing any of us wants is a situation where you dont post incase it gets censored, and why you repeated my line starting "im not having a go at anyone" is beyond me i wasnt being sarcastic it was a genuine comment making a genuine point and certainly not meant to be argumentative, but i do wonder how long before someone is banned from the forum for making a comment someone else may not agree with.

I do think you having a go at me tbh. as I didn't want o change this tread name. if you would be fair to my person you would see that i NEVER changed a word of oryginal post. only the tread nae. and it was not coz "I decided" to do so. I only done that after reading posts from other members who mentioned this change. I decided (then) this is actualy right at this moment. ANd regards to baned people it was ONLY ONE persone baned ever of this forum for swearing at other members. whitch is unacceptable and I am sure you will agree with this one. no one ever been baned or worned for telling their point of view.

regard to love cut... well. what can I say. if you ever had good service from them then YOU SHOULD write a review and try to help them out.

Purpledragon - your missing the point - if people had bad service from lovecut, or any other company, then they have the right to mention it, as it's fact. To post about being annoyed that there was vat on postage isn't fact, it's fiction - everybody pays vat on posatge. Thats why the title was changed - that's what the original post was about, not service. In later posts Jennywren explained about the shoddy service, and attitude, but people googling come across a headline and don't bother reading the full thread - they make their minds up and a companies name is left in tatters.

What you're saying is you can say anything about anybody, even if its not true - those kind of posts lead Justin, and the mods, to a date in court!

Jennywren has said in later posts that it was all meant to be about the way she was talked to and the service she received - I can understand her being very angry and I think that kind of post should remain to help others - but the original post title was misleading and so, in my opinion, had to be changed.

Paul you are seeing what you want to see, i have said twice now that im not having a pop at you, you have chose to not believe that i find it quite offensive to be accused of being a liar especially from a moderator,
i had no idea someone was banned from the forum i was being hyperthetical .
to suggest i should read between the lines of your post is rediculas if you have to talk in code then dont be suprised if your point is missed as your point obviously was
are you seriously suggesting i should write a review every time i get good service? im not employed by this forum its upto me if i write reviews or not and if you check hard enough you will find ive contrabuted to many posts helping with my experiance you your self have had the benifit of my experiance in the past.
My whole point to the post was an attack on censorship not you you havnt had to read between the lines with my post ive made my stance very clear.

Purpledaragon, My friend. I never called you a lier and never would. I know how valuable source of knowledge you are and its tru you helped me a lot and not only me. its fakt. my comments were and still are directed at censorship and they would be the same as if it were you, justin or anyone else i were talking too

you say 99% of the time you are paul not mod unfortunatly you have chosen to wear that badge it cant be switched on and off at will this was clearly displayed when you changed the post be it title or any other part of it , under your name it says super moderator under my name it says member theres a definate distinction.

ive made my opinions clear but i still maintain i bear you no malice or ill will my comments are not nor have been directed at you

if we were both in a pub this would just be a debate probably ending with one or the other buying a pint we are not in a pub i can only answer what you say and give my opinion when i feel theres a need.

one last point i will make is perhaps it'd be wise for justin to appoint another moderator to assist you in these duties (no im not volounteering) but at least you'd have either back up or someone who would say well actually i think he has a point

Ok - most of this agro is because of me due to feeling so strongly about this subject. Lets all leave it at that, title has been changed, if Justin thinks it needs changing back then that's up to him.
