well what do you know i finally after 2 days solved the problem

i knew it was an IE compatibility problem, i tested it with compat on and off and found it cured it when it was off, so i googled 'how to force IE compatibility off' and got this

directly after the on the next line you add this

you have to add that line to every page tho, and
at the top of the index.html page there is this


you have to replace it with this...

but you don't have to add this section to all the pages only the index.html...... now thats mega strange lol

but thankfully it's sorted woo hoo
