Thanks for the tip Martinx... might give that a thought when I get the next problem from PayPal.

Honestly, over the past 12 months any query or concern I have had I've took to Twitter. Not just with PayPal.

Slightly off topic but I had a problem with KGB deals, going backwards and forwards. The moment I posted the problem on their Twitter page I had an immediate response and problem sorted within a few days.

I have bought 2 deals from KGB deals - both have had major issues. First was for 2 canvases for Xmas - ordered in October 2011 from a deal and arrived in February and March 2012 and then they were not the images I had supplied lol. Second time was for an item for the wife and the company disappeared so had to be refunded.
