Just found out i can upload a picture, not sure what's going to happen, but this is with the Ricoh, and using my mugs, note how well they print top to bottom.

Current situation with Windows 8 and the Ricoh fitted with Sublimation Ink.
All the Ricohs appear to have windows 8 drivers - available from http://www.ricoh.co.uk/downloads/index.aspx

Colour profiles for the SublijetR ink are available from Sawgrass http://www.sawgrasseurope.com/technical ... sublijet-r,

For Windows 8 only the ICC profiles are available, this requires a program like Photoshop or Corel etc. that understands and can use a profile to alter the printed colours.

The Powerdriver is not available on Windows 8, so you can not use things like the windows picture printer on 8.

Thanks you Guys, it's literally taken me all day to sort this. Couldn't get through to BMS (ansaphone) and they haven't returned my call, but Sawgrass were very helpful. I then found out that the CorelDRAW I have isn't compatible because it's not the full version so have now had to download a trial version of Adobe........

I understand PowerDriver in Windows 8 is in final testing and should be released shortly.

You will in theory be able to once PowerDriver is released for Windows 8, but for now, if I'm not mistaken, your limited to software that will support ICC profiles.

It may be possible to do your artwork in Corel, and then import it into Photoshop to print from there. It's not something I've done before as I haven't used Corel, but maybe somebody else could advise.

Its only the home/student version of Corel which doesnt fully support ICC profiles during printing, the full version does. Coincidentally the home/student version isnt for commercial use anyway.
