The cheaper the Hi-Viz = less washes before it needs replacing, check the label. It's good to get cheap ones for certain workforces, (ones that get mucky etc) the repeat orders keep coming in :)

I have used both Sublimation and Vinyl. It depends on what has to be printed, if it requires a lot of weeding then I will Sublimate it.
Sublimation gives it a more of a professional finish and customers are confused as how it was done.

We did tests on hi-vis a few months ago with FlexCut Sticky - we were amazed at how easy it is to use vinyl on hi-vis. We uploaded a few pics to Facebook at the time.
