The cheaper the Hi-Viz = less washes before it needs replacing, check the label. It's good to get cheap ones for certain workforces, (ones that get mucky etc) the repeat orders keep coming in 
I have used both Sublimation and Vinyl. It depends on what has to be printed, if it requires a lot of weeding then I will Sublimate it.
Sublimation gives it a more of a professional finish and customers are confused as how it was done.
Vinyl I use is easiMARK Evoflex (hot release

Hot Release) from Victory or easiMARK Advance (High washability up to 90°C)
