Hi Paul,
i left yesterday the machine, with our ROLAND authorized agent. They are going to analyze the problem.
Any news i will inform.

Did you see a test print off the machine before you bought it?

I'm with Mo, if it was my machine I would install Max2 ink set. But before that I would have an engineer call out to service the machine.

Hope the engineer can sort it without costing to much, my test print was no where near that bad and I ended up replacing the heads :eek:
And as already said, I would ditch the max3, update the firmware, I had a issue with a new white cart and an update sorted that out :)
