You must be so chuffed what a difference! I guess he must have carried the other spares you needed. How long did it take?

Yes he had the spares in his van. He was there for 4 hours so not too bad

Ive heard he is very good (Andy Malcolm) good to see an engineer who knows his stuff and works for fair money.
Recently had a quote of £3,500 to fix one of my machines (that includes a head, but they're not sure if it needs one!! they've inspected it twice (a Roland guy and an engineer from the company I bought it from.))
