I've been looking at the Easysite/Opencart system since seeing this thread. It's one of thoise sites that you update online rather than the offline system like zencart, although you can have the system as a test if you're keeping the old one going on another server. I like some of the features but not having total access does concern me and is swaying my decision to switch over. Think I'll look for an opencart hosting service where I can have more control for mine. Despite the good service right at the beginning I'm still waiting for some answers from an e-mail a couple of weeks ago, which has dulled my enthusiasm a bit.

Who are you waiting on? Opencart or a third party?
