Re. Spreadshirt, does the final shop you create still show that you've used them or is it brand free?

But is it at all possible to have a web site were the shop is only one part and not the main page please?

oh yes thats easy
just have your normal index page and then install the shop into a folder named shop or store etc
and then have a link etc to it simples
