Just a few pics I took this morning of the sample shirts from two of the DTG printers at the Printwear Show.

The first 2 were printed with the DTG Kiosk 3 in a single pass - hence the 'One Pass' in the design.

The next two shirts were printed on the Brother GT-541. This printer has limited possibilities as it doesn't have white ink.

Indeed these are well sweet!

The Kiosk 2 is available for about $5k from china. I asked about them in the t-shirt forum and got quite a direct reply of "DONT GO NEAR THEM", the reason theyre so cheap is because the makers made so many mistakes that they cant shift them, you either get a good one...or a bad one! simple as that.

Ive not priced up the Kiosk 3 yet but this time a few people on the t-shirt forum are happy with them! Theres so many threads on DTG over there that its hard to make a decision either way but at least if a few people are happy with the Kiosk3 then it might be worth a look. I still wouldnt buy one from the UK though, its like e.g. £8K (lets just add £3k for fun) and hey presto its £11k. You can get far far cheaper from china and the chinese are offering all sorts of deals as well.

To be honest im just waiting to see your piece of kit in action mate, it really does look the dogs nads.

btw have you washed those samples yet? in fact have you given them a good "wearing"? The white looks very sharp indeed.

cheers
Dave.

Yes, that one is quite impressive and the butterfly simply demonstrates the accuracy of the print registration although in both case above (DTG One-Pass) the printing was done in one pass.

My Neoflex is going to be delayed a little! One because the supplier can't make the Sign Digital show and two, because there is an upcoming change to the firmware & RIP software enabling the Neoflex to also print in one pass. It really is such a time saver and would allow us to produce both white & dark shirt printing at events & shows etc. Previously, dark shirt printing would have been a no no for waiting customers - particularly if there was a queue :D

Hi John, I sent you a PM earlier but it appears that most of my questions are answered in this thread :? Have you got your D.T.G yet? I see there are a couple of Kiosk 1 machines on Ebay right now, are these worth considering?
