i dont realy care who use what John tbh... this was only a little leg pulling. thats all :rolleyes:John G;44253 wrote:Shouldn't have to ask Paul, when I buy something I EXPECT it to arrive in one piece, and be usable straight out of the box. The few crap boxes I had weren't the first time this has happened when buying so called cheap mugs. It has happened in the past on a few occasions from the same supplier, previous times there were only 3 or 4 mugs per case that were damaged.
Horses for courses - some people don't mind losing a few mugs per case - I prefer to know that 36 mugs will arrive in one piece, and my customers prefer mugs that they are all the same size too.
No, mine were double packed too - most were broke or broke on pressing. The last couple of boxes I bought came double-packed, so presumably they've learned from past mistakes.
Well done to the people who did receive all 36 mugs intact - seems like a bit of a lottery when buying cheap mugs.We bought a batch of 72 mugs from CG, half of them smashed on delivery
There's really no answer to that then Paul is there. - damn, just answered.i dont realy care who use what John tbh... this was only a little leg pulling. thats all
everyone should stick to their ways me thinks...
to clarify that a little. I dont have and never had ANY and I repeat ANY PENNY for saying stuff about coralgraph mugs. I only say that as i use them and found service fantastic. Whenever I had anything from BMS and I liked it I also mentioned the quality. is not about who pay to be advertiser on forum. is nothing to do with me and i am not geting paid a penny.purpledragon;44255 wrote:though paul and justin do seem to hold coralgraph in high esteem but the firm does advertise through the forum so it pays to speak kindly of sponsors. Personally i would suggest that its upto the seller to ensure items reach the customer in show room condition i would certainly expect replacements for any breakages recieved in transit. i have to say though over the years i mustve bought thousands of mugs from bms and have never had a breakage yet
see... I bought mugs from BMS only a couple of time and last 11oz i had was excellent but had one brocken in the box... and what does it prove then??? no much imo.Personally i would suggest that its upto the seller to ensure items reach the customer in show room condition i would certainly expect replacements for any breakages recieved in transit. i have to say though over the years i mustve bought thousands of mugs from bms and have never had a breakage yet
think that ones been discussed to the max on here justin i agree with you but then the forum has to be paid for somehow.Justin;44282 wrote:, personally I'd sooner I didn't have to use sponsorship/advertising etc. but that's a different story!
I think this might be because we use those people who sponsor forum. And thats why it might look like we favorites them. I am not. you can be sure of that.purpledragon;44289 wrote: im certain your comments and pauls or adams for that matter are genuine but to someone who may not know better it may seem that you are endorsing sponsors over those who dont sponsor. Its difficult to appear impartial when you are the owner or an official of a forum
strictly my opinon which may be right or wrong
I just poped in and didnt see those.. neeed to have a look nowJohn G;44291 wrote:Seems like the dummies are all over the floor.
Paul, everyone has there own opinion, but it's not neccessarily right, yours or mine. It seems lately though, if someone has a different point of view, they're shouted down on this forum - check the last few threads today, most are turning into arguments.
