Supplier postage

Well, at the end of the day, any potential purchaser has the option of placing an order or not with a supplier. So if they are not happy with the shipping cost they are more than capable of taking their business elsewhere if they so choose. I do not feel that (except on eBay) that moaning about shipping costs is helpful. We all want to make a profit and whether it is on the product itself or the shipping costs is fine with me

We spend most of the day on the phone!

You'll just have to try to call in the odd second when it's not ringing !! ...and we only recognise purpledragon's number, but don't tell him (oopps, too late!)
