Well, at the end of the day, any potential purchaser has the option of placing an order or not with a supplier. So if they are not happy with the shipping cost they are more than capable of taking their business elsewhere if they so choose. I do not feel that (except on eBay) that moaning about shipping costs is helpful. We all want to make a profit and whether it is on the product itself or the shipping costs is fine with me :smile:

We spend most of the day on the phone! :) You'll just have to try to call in the odd second when it's not ringing !! ...and we only recognise purpledragon's number, but don't tell him (oopps, too late!)
