Well I have been impressed enough to sign up with them, Things happen especially this xmas, and I have been encouraged by the way that someone has popped in here to try and rectify things... Suppliers do not often put them self's in the firing line

I tried to sign up to Listawood a couple of weeks ago, had no response, nor a response to my follow up email. That's not great customer service.

Wow, this thread got big... I thought I should give an update on my experience with them too. So we ordered some enamel mugs and a box of duraglaze AAA. No contact to say they were out of stock and the first day I chased I was told they would be sent that day, 2 days later I chased again and was told they were out of stock. Disappointing but I know these things happen - I was out of stock myself so its hard to judge them for that. Still not much in the way of comms from them tbh but the order arrived on Sat out of the blue. Fantastic - But it was the wrong duraglaze mugs, they sent me the black rim and handles by mistake. So I phones them up on monday and they sorted it pronto. DPD arrived the next day with my box, and in that box was the label for him to use to collect the other. Spot on @Listawood and thank you ;-)

I ordered a box of AAA on the 5th and when I chased up on the 8th, I was told they should be sent out on the 9th for delivery on the 10th (last Thurs).
I've contacted them again on Friday to find out where they are. No response and still no sign of the mugs. I can't even let customers reserve them as until they arrive, I have no idea how many will actually be free of the usual defects and be usable.
If only Xpres could find a duraglaze alternative for their 5013's

Guessing that £10:50 next day delivery is just free money to them  didn't even answer the phone today and still waiting for a log on never mind my order.. it seems Listawood gets its reputation for a reason.
Will try again tomorrow, failing that I'll go through the bank to get my money back.
