It's always a good idea to get mug samples from suppliers and try them yourself. Different ink, Rotech/Artainium, different papers and so on all make a difference.
I just had 4 boxes of mugs from Coralgraph and I was very concerned over damages. Getting mugs delivered anywhere can be tricky but sending direct to Shetland incurs additional handling....not had one broken. That said, we all know, no matter how well something is packaged it only takes one careless handler to cause damage. I see this every day at work.

jsr i didnt even mentioned you in my comment and i certainly havnt suggested that you dont benifit from anything that coralgraphs service provides to you.
I understand. I just wanted to clarify that Justin and Paul aren't the only ones who rate Coralgraph, and that there are others that do who have nothing to do with this forum (i.e., me!).

I also used the Corelgraph mugs and they were double boxed and with cardboard mug trays (so triple boxed really)
Not 1 breakage, But i still understand what the others are saying.

I do, too. Believe me, if I'd received a box of broken mugs I'd be shouting it from the rooftops.
I think the last time I received anything broken was more than one lot of 10" plates from Listawood. That was a packing issue. They got it sorted in the end and were quick to respond to my complaints so I don't bear them any malice, but I have posted about it before on this forum.
I think how a problem is dealt with is arguably more important than the problem itself (accidents do happen). It's times like that that you learn what kind of company you're dealing with - how quickly they respond to complaints, how efficiently they deal with your issue, and how fast they get replacements to you.

Woah lol.. only wanted to know sizes lmao as I believe my tape measure must be out a few mm...
But on a serious note.. i've had a couple of testers from Ebay and they never were as good as the BMS ones I use.. the colour was shocking compared to the BMS mugs.. my blacks didn't look crisp and clear and none of my colours looked as bright.. so personally if I won't buy the finished product I won't sell them.. so my mugs currently are BMS ones..
My concern is being able to make sure that if they were ever out of stock.. being able to find somewhere as a back up..

European Mugs ever being out of stock ! Go wash your mouth out with soap

The RN European Mugs have always been our best sellers, so we try as best as we can to squeeze them into the warehouse so we don't go out of stock.
