Hello

First post so excuse if listed elsewhere.

Done mugs before in a standard mug press and they seem to be fine. Not planning on doing many as margin seems to be poor however I do want to look at other items that I can bake in a halogen.

Just need to clarify a standard approach to this as I understand it. You prepare item in usual way ie mirror print cut to size and fix with copper tape. You then use a "wrap" to hold the image in place so constant pressure is applied (similar to press) then bake for time/temp required?

Is that correct?

I am planning to do wedding favours so hip flasks etc which I have found via this forum the wrap for. But what about other shapes do you have to have a wrap or coud you juyst fix print with tape ?

cheers

I have managed to just tape the print onto some items but have also had failures where the tape lifts off, so much for being heat resistant. I have also wrapped the item in a silicone sheet and then held that in place with a jubilee clip. As for mugs I have just started to have my first real failures but I think that is down to using a different supplier. See my post here.
