Not much usually in the BestSub newsletter catches my eye, but their new wine glasses look good:

It doesn't mention whether they are OK to do in a standard mug press, or just vaccuum ovens.
Hoping BMS may be getting some in so we can have a play. Have you any info on pricing Martin?

Standard mug press but will need thicker blanket as these are 75mm diameter. Lot more expensive than mugs though so not a cheap product to sublimate. I'd expect prices to be over £3 +vat each depending on import taxes.

I wonder how many of them cracked during this video?

It looks like a very quick edit without any explanation. Normally thin glass product need to be pre warmed. here we just see wine glass in the press for few seconds and then ready product.. But in did, nice looking finished product.

Yeah, I remember having to give up on the whisky glass tumbler things as they just kept breaking no matter what we tried ... still have a load of them in the store!

Although I applaud anyone who is attempting to bring new products to the market, I think that this particular design is a bit naff. If I was asked to decorate a room from Abigail's Party then great, but other than that I am not convinced on the design.

We will have to start producing beige place mats soon.

I thought it was a lamp for the sideboard, would look good in mustard, orange and brown swirls.
