I have had 124 positive feedback and 1 negative feedback in the last 2 weeks.

But today I get told that I have gone below the minimum standard rating and can no longer sell on Ebay ?

Do they not live in the real world ?

I have seen sellers with hundreds of negative feedback in the past and they are still selling or is this because they are paying for a shop with them, I wonder.

Has anyone else had this problem ?

Yes I have I only have one order cancelled due to a customers request !

Does it show just 1 defect?

You can get them for 3*, a neg, a neut, refunding, inr, snad, and returns, you must have at least 2

You can get banned for defect even if you are 100% pos

nope that is all I have just the one cancelled order which was the customers request, and this one negative feedback, I am not really that bothered, I sell more on Amazon,Etsy and Facebook anyway

So thats 2 then, 1 for the cancel and 1 for the neg

If you click on your feedback number, then view your seller dashboard it will tell you how many you have and what for.

Its all about % on ebay these days, and if you sell under 400 per 3 month your on a yearly look back.

Also if any cases go to ebay to decide your only allowed about 3 a year i think

Ebay is on a mission....not sure what that mission is!
