Hello,
I've bought 2 weeks ago 3D HEAT PRESS ST-3042 black one, and I've already wasted like 80 pcs of phone cases blanks and still haven't good that prefect one.... I tried every method I saw tried some of my own watched every tutorial and still nothing and I get like big white stripes at corners I will upload some pics. my pressure is 1 bar a above 0,8 and I switched 2x silicon sheet. Also I am using TEXTPRINT-R paper and Sublijet ink. The design is qute good full colors. And I use 200°C for 3 min with preheated jig.
PS: First 10 cases went with corners fine only black little marks but not a big deal but the colors haven't been so well (haven't installed powerdriver and setuped printer) also corners are even wore on SAMSUNG cases

A couple of things, firstly I tend to place the puck in the oven and leave it for about 30 minutes to get the puck really hot. The other thing to do is after starting the vacuum and sucking all the air out run your fingers around the entire case making sure that the paper is making full contact with the case (make sure you are wearing gloves for both of these

)
If you could take a photo of the oven with a phone case in and vacuum on it would help to to see if that is performing correctly.
Your temp and time are perfect so you can eliminate that.

Sending pics the paper is not centred it is just to show sucking.

Okay
Vacuum is right, but I can clearly see from your photograph that the corners are not touching the sublimation paper. You need to run your fingers along the edges especially in the corners to get the paper covering the entire case. The paper may fold over itself or crease but at the moment it is folding "away" from the case.
Sorry if the above is a bit jibberish, not sure how I can explain it better
Lastly, there is a video on here somewhere that PAUL created. It shows a different method for wrapping the case. You may want to do a search and give that a try.

we had that same prob simon with the mini 3d machines.....solved - tighten up corners when putting paper onto case, and increase the heat a little....perfecto ever time

to me, 200C sounds much to much. Print will be nice but cases will shrink to much and no cooling method can stop warping. so i prefer do it on lower temp i.e.; 170-180c for longer.
