The colour is not the same on the mug. I used 5 mugs now
tem is on 180 time 180 I have tried 185 and time 180. Can sum one help me please.

this looks like a printer profile , basically you have to get a profile as you have a ricoh 3110 i think you can download it from the sawgrass site, but i got paul a member of this forum to custom make mine and this stops any issues

Thanks for your reply. I download printer profile from sawgrass I followed it step be step. My uth mugs are ok I think.
