Customer popped in today and showed me a mug he had been given, white mug with a chalkboard panel. I've not seen these before and I appreciate thay are not sublimation mugs but does anybody know a trade supplier who can print these if I were to provide artwork.

I've not seen one in the felsh but the ones where you can write on them with chalk I would assume have blackboard paint on them.

Hobby craft do a blackboard paint which is pretty good stuff. Not tried it on a mug.

the other year they were given away by one of the clothing companies, in a box with a stick of chalk in, nice idea, and its sprayed on - nice and neat, vinyl would not work the same really or give the right effect, carefully masked you might get away with the paint - perhaps its an idea for all those "image not quite right mugs" paint over them
