Anyone have any experience with these. The standard ones are PVC so I guess they would melt. But are there polyester based alternatives?
Or are these products best digitally printed? Anyone have any experience of digitally printing them? What's an ok low prices printer? I was looking at a Roland but they are about £10k!
Would be best if I could find some sort of product like this that can be sublimated.

I had a company produce 1000 of these holders, but I regret doing it now. I felt that I was competing online with the companies who actually print these for you, so competing on price versus the outlay wasn't worth it. The retail value is so low these days. If I were going to do it again, I would probably forget PVC and perhaps do some posher leather holders.
But to answer your question the PVC prints look great, never come across sublimation holders.

Thanks for the reply GoonerGary. I found a company that has some nice leather ones, they apparently cost the leather in some silicon layer (not sure how true this is) and then stick the pieces into a product afterwards. They sell mainly retail and their prices are rather expensive. More expensive that what I could sell a finished product for here.
I am thinking about buying some faux leather material and then stitching it myself afterwards. Though not sure how easy this will be or if I can find material to sublimate. But I am thinking about it.

I'm always being pestered to do gun licence holders, but I couldn't be bothered, so if you are going to buy the raw material and stitch, there is another revenue stream to consider.

I guess gun licence holders are for the US market (or other market where there are a lot of citizens with guns.)
I was actually going to advertise them just as card holders, can be used for any cards. Bank card, ID card etc.

Actually there are plenty of shooting enthusiasts here especially in country areas, you don't see or hear of it because it is on private land. Their licences are just folded up A4 (I think) sheets so there isn't really a suitable holder on the market. They need to keep them hidden and secure. Worth going onto one of their forums to gauge the market.

Never get asked to show them so would not think there is much of a market. Only time they come out is when you go to buy ammo, then its no point being in a wallet as it's got to come out to be written on.
