Just a quick question for anyone using a Ricoh & photoshop!
Should the profile be set to Picture 1 (turned off) or 2 ?

both are wrong!
Use photoshop manages colours with the ICC profile when printing with the Ricoh driver (make sure any colour management or enhancements are then turned off in the print driver options)
or
Use printer manages colours when printing to power driver

document profile should be Adobe 1998

You can still get tech support from SG site but need to register to log in.

Which version of PS are you using? This is the setup for CS-CS5....
