Not sure if this should be in theis section or trading section.
I'd like to have a stock of more of the ready made transfers. I find Target's are a bit restrictive, and the better ones seem to be Wildside/Art Brands offer much more choice. Transfer Press sell these but you have to order in packs of 12. I would rather try just a few to see how they go.
So several questions, more in line with a brainstorming session
Does anyone else use ready made transfers ?
If you already buy packs would you be willing to perhaps sell a few from each at cost + postage ?
If I bought some packs would anybody like to do what I suggested above ?
Has anybody bought direct from Proworld and how much does tax cost ?
Looking forward to seeng what others think

I bought a load of transfers in from Pro-World on several occasions, fantastic stuff. Price wise I used to work on the fact that it would cost me double the initial transfer purchase price by the time I'd shipped them, paid import tax and vat....UPS fee as well sometimes.
One word of warning, on my first order I was charged a high level of import tax, likely because somebody somewhere didn't know what to clas the transfers as. I checked and found I'd be overcharged. Managed to reclaim it, wasn't too difficult but took months to get the money back.
I also imported transfers from a company called Applied Graphics who have since gone out of business. These were all single colour transfers that could be put onto any colour garment even black. Again, these were great and even after shipping & taxes there was nowhere in the UK that could compete on price.
I can probably dig out my old invoices etc. to see exactly what I paid but it is definatley worth doing.
I still have a big box of Pro-World, Applied and even rhinestone designs (something else I had custom made) My intention has been to sort through them and sell them on in smaller packs. I'll try and do this and get some on here.

Would be interested in taking some off your hands. We have a few off the Rhinestone designs off TP, but same prblem as the transfers, only want to try a few to see if they sell, not a full pack.
Be great when we build up enough to make our own RD's

Yeah, the rhinestoines are great. You don't need to order loads, I used to buy 20 of each design at a time, custom made, no set up charges etc. Great money maker if you get the right market!
I'll dig through my box and see what comes out

Well, if you did it and I was reading it to the point I could make something...then it would be a masterclass 8)
