Hi everyone.
I am new to this forum and was introduced by Nicci Simmonds who has recently trained myself and my partner on sublimation
I have a business which i have ran for 3 1/2 years now and am adding in the printing side to the business. My partner is going to be involved a lot with this side of the business
I am a mum of 2 and expecting a 3rd, i set up my business when my 2nd child was a month old and i had heard i was going to be made redundant. I am so glad i did it because i love it and cannot wait to see where it will go with the printing side!
Please do introduce yourself to me and i look forward to making new connections.
Jenny

Hiya similar thing to us Jenny I work full time and my wife has just been made redundant we have 3 children, so she is going to try and make a full time business, everything is all set up, she is quite nervous about what the future holds, but I have told her to embrace it be there for kids all the while and be your own boss, so fingers crossed it works out for all of us

Hello Jenny!
Welcome to the forum, best piece of advice I can pass on is to put your feet up, make a good brew and get searching!
There are very few problems you will have that are not easily solved with this forum!
Best wishes

Hi Everyone,
Thank you for your welcome
Thankfully i went on Nicci Simmonds sublimation training (from SubliMetals) and after going on it i can safely say i am glad i did because it has helped cut corners and missed out some of the research- her workbook is very helpful!

Hi there, wow that sounds very exciting. Ive just seen in the news that 7million has gone into the economy because of mums in business- so tell her that as thats amazing! lol. Also i have been going for 3 1/2 years and i wouldn't change it for the world (absolutely love it). Do feel free to get her to have a look at my website which I've personally done from scratch->

Love connecting with others, I'm also an area co-ordinator for a social enterprise called BizMums and there are meetings all over the UK based in play areas - you can bring the kids along, network and listen to the speaker
Keep me updated on how you get on. Good luck
