Hi Guys,

Not sure whats wrong here but my sublimation printer, Richo SG3110DN - doesn't seem to be working right.

Got a piece of artwork, we've designed it's come out pink/red - rather than grey and other colours - is that right?
Im on Photoshop. macOSX

have you pressed it to see what colour it ACTUALLY ends up?
Are you prifiled?

Not yet - dear not in fear of wasting £4 on sublimation Tee

just press it on a sheet of A4 to reveal the true colour.

Think it might be sorted - sawgrass said the colour I used in illustrator wasn't working with the colour profile.. so change the text to black and it worked fine.
