Newcastle/Durham
Re: Newcastle/Durham
Hi I was hoping someone in Newcastle Durham area can show me how to go on I bought a heat press a few years ago but never got around to using now I'm planning to use it just to print some stuff to make money for my sons rugby club but don't know where to start. Cheers Ian
Re: Newcastle/Durham
We're in Bishop if you fancy a drive down the A1, but there are other members in Newcasle/Gateshead area who may be a better option for you
Re: Newcastle/Durham
Cheers I was hoping for someone in the Newcastle area as I work in Cramlington I live in Stanley so Bishop is a canny hike but if there is nobody nearer I'll be very grateful to take you up on your offer.

As friendly as the DyeSubForum community is, it is difficult to commercially justify teaching a local person how to set up in competition to yourself ........

Re: Newcastle/Durham
I'm not really competing with any local companies I'll only be doing a few hoodies for some of the kids and parents and some T shirts for the kids to train in otherwise they would be buying the puma ones from the rugby club I can understand what your saying but it's just a way of making a few quid for the kids.
Re: Newcastle/Durham
I would have thought this forum can teach you all you need, but I am about my shop in Grainger market Newcastle Mon/Tue next week if you want to pop along for a chat. (bring photos of your equipement)
regarding your own equipement, using a press is pretty straight forward..... make sure it is clean, electrics are safe, check temperature is about correct, press according to media specs!
If you have a printer that has been sitting round for a while, ................ it is probably time to buy a new printer ..........
