dad in hospital, got his OP to reduce the size of his prostate, as it was blocking his bladder from working = catheter, which he has had in for the last 4 months waiting for this op.
he through it ok yesterday, thankfully, but keeping him in till monday to make sure it was successful.

as for the sub print side, well, think we will be departing this altogether next yr.

its been fun, i learned a hell of a lot, stressful, but has ran its course for me = BORED !...money is still there, but the passion is not in me any more...money aint everything for me..i have to enjoy what i do making money, or its off....
i started another wee business, besides the contact business we already have, and its NOTHING to do with retail selling lol...not a chance !

stopped selling the phone cases as well about 3/4 months ago - was sick of the site of them - lot of hassle / time for little return...sitting with boxes,n boxes of sub phone cases lol

will still keep all my printing / sub gear.....so if i fancy anything for ME, i can print it, instead of buying it.

yep still doing shirts n stuff, ebay earning a crust, but not through the printing, so many people now doing it, its getting harder, especially when they have other jobs and are doing what we do as a top up, but we have one product selling very well, which I'm now importing directly, but it only sells for £4 so its a lot of units to shift to pay a mortgage - let alone earn a wage - BUT..... i set my own alarm, have meetings with myself, and only have the bank manager to please so of course there is an up side. Really good to hear from you

same situation with my dad, just been given all clear on bladder cancer after treatment, now waiting to start cancer treatment 90 lots 5 days a week !! for his bowel/prostrate hospital is 33 miles away (been on google maps) so my poor mum will be doing a lot of driving, i will be going down to help every other week, and my sister every other week, no hospital nearer can offer the cancer treatment, (well it can but its not in their health area)

Hey Laura, Glad to hear you are doing ok...there is a plus side of being self employed hey. Would be nice to leave work and forget about it occasionally though. Your new product sounds like its going good. We researched several companies from China for a long time and started importing bits but it all went wrong for us so it's nice to hear someone doing it successfully.
Glad to hear about your dad having the all clear, what a worrying time it all must have been!

thanks, its 1 part that he is clear of, as that was at the time the priority to get the bladder cancer first, now the rest to sort, but dad is strong, and as a family we are strong, and yes being self employed is a godsend, even if it means things are very lean here at the moment, extra jumpers and beans on toast and helping them will always win rather over central heating and gourmet meals lol

Absolutely Laura, fingerless gloves in the warehouse for me today, just trying to hang on before turning the heater on Lol.
