What do you guys use in UK for sending stuff, I am using Royal mail and had to send a couple of tees quite quickly and it cost me £7.25, almost the price of the shirt!!
I might just go 2nd class parcel next time as is a bit cheaper (£2.80 i think), any other suggestions of what else to use?

Postal costs are a killer!

Depends really on how quick you want it to be there and if you need tracking info.

I would of thought sending two t-shirts could go as large letter (we use cardboard boxes that fit large letter size) and via 2nd class through Royal Mail PPI around £1.80. 1st prob about 20p more. Only use tracking if cost of goods really high. Other than that I recommend https://www.parcel2go.com. You can send box of mugs next day for only £5.99+vat. Olly

I have not been able to get 2 t shirts bigger than large into a large letter price box - so it might depend on the size. UK Printed Mugs - who's boxes do you use ??

Must admit, so far, I have only had one person say that they havn't received their mug. When I pointed out that that was ok, because not only was their address and my address on the outside but also both were on the inside therefore it should come back to me at least, it suddenly arrived at their address!!!!!!!

I just do proof of posting in the post office so if there is any come back i can just scan the receipt they gave and email it to them, covers my back.

I sent 2 shirts off yesterday, due to the print I could only fold it so much as I didn't want the print being damaged ie cracked when folded for 2-3 days until delivery, £2.80 to send second class and was smaller than a4 size when packaged. I didn't track this but got proof of posting in case of any problems.

Unless you sell via amazon or ebay in which case they ALWAYS find in favour of the buyer
