Hi all, just wondering if anybody knows of a good t shirt supplier? I have orders for hen parties, anyone know prices to pay and prices to charge for sublimation printing?

I think most of the t-shirts at MDP are 100% cotton so will be no good for sublimation. If you want a good quality sublimation t-shirt Xpres have a good range with men's ladies and children's styles. Also some of the other sublimation suppliers have sublimation tees for sale.
Another one you could look at is the Gildan sublimation tee, they are quite reasonably priced but I find them quite thin.
One more that I like are the Roland HD. They are a poly/cotton mix and have a lovely feel. They come in several colours and you can sublimate most of the pale colours especially if you just do a one colours design in black.
Pencarrie stock Roland HD and I also think Ralawise do as well. Plus both these companies have other tees specially for sublimation.

Wow lots of good info there Kath, thank you. I have some of the new paper and polymer powder, would it be good to use that, do you think? My customer wants a photo and a name on each one.

I have not tried the Paper with the powder yet. So cannot advise on that. I think Paul who is an admin on the forum has it, so he could give you some advice.
But if you have 100% poly or a high poly/cotton mix tees, papers like Trupix and Textprint r are very easy to use.

Hi it's for a hen night party best option is going for transfer paper like jpss last long great quality most important you can use them on cotton tees and no need sublimation stuff...check Yolo for different transfers they have good quality ones and reasonable. .

i just sublimated a pale grey tshirt with a full colour design. It is ok but not the vibrant colours i would like,. It looks like a washed out look. How would i improve on that, longer time? Try polymer powder or i have ordered the yolo transfer paper.....would that be better for bringing the colours out?
i did it at 350 for 20 sec

Was it a polyester t shirt? You would only get really vibrant colours on a white t shirt, i believe.

Ok, so I'm getting there. Tried the polymer paper and powder, lot better colours, but I agree White Tshirts would be better.
