Hi hope you can help
I am trying to install the drivers on my new printer SG 3110DN and can get to where it asks me to select the machine - I do that, press next and it asks me the same question - and so on and on.
I'm using Windows 10. the printer is connected with a USB cable (and I chose USB option) and the printer is turned off.
When I cancelled it gave me a summary which stated that I had Windows 7 - which I haven't - is that the problem. If so what do I need to do and if its not that do you have any suggestions as to what is going wrong.

I've downloaded some new drivers but new drivers but not sure which to use. Loaded a couple up and both registered on my laptop but neither actually print any thing!

I'm following this closely as I will be installing my Ricoh for the first time next week
