So pleased that in the end we managed to save about £100 (using two accounts!) even though eBay went into melt down from 9.45pm-11.30pm where no PayPal was available. Thankfully eBay kept discount code active later than stated. Still can't believe eBay does this and takes the 20% hit. Have there been previous discounts out of interest?

They do put it up now and again but they dont shout about it so you have to on the ball to catch it
