Need to vent!!!! Two eBay users have pushed my self-destruct buttons today.

One got in touch to ask why I am not bidding more on her eBay auction for a mug press. To which I said I put in a bid but it didn't meet the reserve (which of course is hidden). To which she said why am I not therefore bidding more? To which I said we didn't want to spend more money. To which she then deletes my bid off eBay even though it was the highest one on there and left all the others.

Then a customer on eBay complains about her keyring because her square photo was cropped by us to which I point out that it is a rectangular keyring. She is still not happy so bite tongue and say we will do another for free and dispatch 1st Class post to her. We dispatch on eBay and send 1st class a little later in day. Then we get an email asking has it been dispatched (obviously doesn't bother checking eBay first). Yes it has I say. Then emails back saying when will she get it. We email back saying as promised it was sent 1st class. She then emails back saying does that mean she will get it tomorrow. GRRRRRRRRRR.

There surely needs to be a USB face slapping device that can be remotely switched on and a fish/hand/frying pan extends out and slaps the user very hard across the face.

Fantastic, will head to Maplin for the parts! For those a little older then reminisce at some classic Reeves and Mortimer slap stick!

still never had an answer as to why a customer from ebay could get his money back the day after he had ordered something, as according to paypal we had not delivered it - therefore he was entitled to a refund less than 12 hours after he had ordered it, and of course after we had posted it to him.

Did he send back the item after receiving it or do you mean this was fraud?
