Well, just jumping back into this after having a break from vinyls for a year or so I went down the sub route, buying a Ricoh 3110, then found out that there was hideous reviews about ink and what to use and what not to use.

Anyhoo, after much tooing and froing I contacted Ken and got some of his ink suitable for Ricoh printers,,,well well bloody well, here we go lol

Not the easiest to get matching, however, he was always at the end of the phone and even did remote setting up of an icc profile, now I have my printer, illustrator and the sublimation set up working fairly well. Ow which I could not have done without his help..

so so thank you young man, you've been a huge help...
